Good Wednesday morning. Not much going on here. I did finish stitching the last Christmas ornament I have to stitch for this year. Now to finish tem into ornaments. That's the worst part. I have been doing a little cleaning this week. And wonder of wonders I actually have been to the gym twice this week. Lets see if I can make it 3 times and go on Friday. Tomorrow Bob and I will have been married 32 years. It doesn't seem possible that we have been together that long. My BFF called me the other day and she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. They think they have caught it early and she is scheduled for a lumpectomy on Friday. The thing they are worried about is if it has gone to her lymph nodes. Please keep some good thoughts for her on Friday. She has been through a lot so far this year and didn't need this to top everything off.

Iris, is that Sue you are talking about? Definitely sending some prayers for her.

First, Happy Anniversary to you and Bob. You must work well together as 32 years says a lot about the both of you.
Second, I am sorry to hear the news about your friend Sue. My thoughts and prayers go out for her.

I haven't been doing much of anything lately....Working, planting flowers, reading Anne Rice's most recent book as part of the Vampire Chronicles - Prince Lestat and the Realms of Atlantis, so my stitching has been on hold.

Iris, congratulations on your anniversary and I wish you and Bob many more years together. I am sorry to hear about your friend Sue and will add her to my prayer list.

I have started going back to the gym and I am sore. I got some good news from my heart specialist that everything is okay. My heart specialist called and said my heart is okay as the tests did not show anything else beside the damaged part (got that from my heart attack that I had years ago).

I did some stitching yesterday as I need to get started on my exchange that I will be doing with my friends. It is taking awhile so I figure I should get it started as my stitching is going so slow lately.

Iris, happy anniversary to you and Bob. Sorry to hear about your friend Sue.

Marl, glad you got good news from your heart specialist.

I had a dentist appointment yesterday for a cleaning. They found a small cavity so will have to go back and get that fixed.

Andy doesn't have a doctor so he went to a walk-in clinic to get the form filled out that is required for his cataract surgery. He still has to go for blood work before the paper work can be forwarded to the eye surgeon.

I decided to stitch Cathryn's newsletter design and have started it twice. After starting it the first time, I decided I wanted a different colour of fabric, hence the second start.
