This is one of Bob's and my favorite macaroni Salad

for 4 servings you will need:
4 oz. salad macaroni or other type
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 large sweet pickles, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/2 jar (6 oz.) salad-style green olives, sliced
1/2 cup salad dressing (I use Italian dressing)
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dried dill weed
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice

Preparation:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and let cool
2. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, eggs, onions and olives.
3. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients , blending well.
4, Pour over macaroni mixture. Mix thoroughly. Cover and chill for 1 hr. before serving.

Iris, overall it sounds pretty good but there are too many ingredients in it that either I or Andy don't like. I don't like olives or dill. Andy doesn't like sweet pickles, green onion, or mustard. Even tho they are minimal amounts, when something is in a recipe that you don't like, the taste of that ingredient seems to come through prominently.

And it is so easy to make. Bob and I had it last night for dinner with hamburgers, baked beans and coleslaw. Can't wait for those leftovers. lol Tomorrow is Bob's birthday so I am in the process of making him a chocolate cake with chocolate peanut butter icing. I am finally getting back into cooking a little.
