I collect the large decorative boxes and now they all have some sort of stash in them. This helps keep my bedroom organized.

I have a storage cabinet and a plastic file box that I use to store stash.

I found a chest of drawers (5 drawers) at Goodwill that I store my stitching fabric in. I sorted by colour with 2 or 3 colours in a drawer, then put a label on the outside of the drawer as to what colours are inside. One drawer holds the small ornament size pieces of an assortment of colours, thread count, type of fabric, etc. And it only cost me 20 bucks!!

Patricia, I love this idea. I wish I could get out more. I love thrift stores, dollar stores. I used to find the best things. :D

I bought a cupboard that opens with two doors and put my material in that and have a small little chest of drawers that have 4 drawers (thrift store find) that I was supposed to put my floss in but never got around to doing it.
