Patricia, thanks for your suggestion, but I will bake 2 a week to catch up. I have all the ingredients for a Dundee cake, so that is good, and if it continues to rain i will make that today (it needs 3 1/2 hrs in the oven) but I need new tins for the bundt & Victoria sponge; that means going to the supermarket, and if it continues to rain today - not happening!! :lol: I don't have a car and that rain is coming down like a monsoon :roll:
